  If you're looking for a physician in Pearland DO NOT look here. Since he joined Gulf Coast Medical the customer service, patient service, has been terrible. They can't get your RXs right, won't return faxes or phone calls from the pharmacy, won't return your phone calls and want you to go to the website to look up your blood-work results yourself. What am I paying them for? And I suspect they think you're an idiot. They told both myself and my husband a lie about our RXs that we both found out from our pharmacies is totally NOT true. So don't go here if you're looking for a new dr.

  Dealing with Billing @ Texas Gulf Coast Systems - eehhhh blah but I think that is for any consumer, but make no mistake the the level of service from the Doc is outstanding. He's not a push over for those wanting the unnecessary but he is going to do what's right for you. Easy to talk to, listens and answers questions. High Recommend!!

  I'm a new patient. Extremely professionally run practice. Dr Orsak seems to be a good listener. Staff excellent. ------- Ok, now it is oct 27, 2017. Orsak still my dr for over a year now, I've had some pretty serious issues, but Orsak has done a LOT to help me work it out. Short wait time. Good listener. Ready to explain and answer questions. If you're looking for a new primary care guy, u should try dr Orsak.

  Looks at you when you talk. He listens, he cares !! He understands the human condition. I trust him. I don't feel like I'm part of a get them in and out quick type of assembly line.
