- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It's a really nice and modern dental office. Friendly staff. However, I waited more than 2 and a half hours before they could finally do my cleaning. My wait time in the waiting room was about 15 min. But once treatment plan was discussed, I had already been there for two hours. I just decided to reschedule for another day. Note: new patient here. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Orthodontist only sees patients on Thursdays....and brackets fall off easily (extra charge after 3 fall off) The time they book vs the time they tell you are two different times ..CONSTANTLY. ..and no matter how many times you inform them of the time inconsistencies it continues. Not allowed to schedule for future appointments which means you will NOT be seen every month because of the lack of openings.
