- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had been trying to get an original title for a lost title for my husband's car for the last two months with this company. They kept telling me they will call me back each time I called them. I am told that they have been waiting for a release of lien for months..they never called me to let me know about the status ever. Finally when I called them, I am told that they cannot do it as the owner has to do it! My husband lives out of country and he cannot do it as they knew from the beginning. I have called the finance services the same day I figured they would not do it, and applied for the release of lien online. I have received it in four days and applied for the original title through the webpage; ALL done! I don't want anybody else to get the same unpleasant experience with this company.
